Careers

Interested in a career at Flying Colours? Due to our continued success, we are looking for the next wave of talent, who align with our core values, to propel our business to the next level.

Financial advisers

We are always on the lookout for talented financial advisers to join our team. We offer truly unlimited earnings potential, and we would never cap your ability. Why would we? Leads and appointments are facilitated, and we’ll support you in growing your client base. We provide full administration, paraplanning, and marketing support, and a comprehensive investment proposition.

Paraplanners and administrators

We are growing our number of financial advisers, so we are always seeking additional paraplanners and administrators to support them. We also offer an in-house academy, so if you are an administrator working towards becoming a paraplanner, or a paraplanner progressing to become an adviser, we can help you achieve your goals.

Our workplace and culture

We have a strong set of core values that ensure our clients are at the centre of everything we do. When working with clients, we are client-centred, transparent, and exceptional. When working as a team we believe in respect, empowerment, and community.

At Flying Colours, we recognise that work is so much more rewarding when you enjoy working with your colleagues. So, we encourage you to socialise and get involved in projects outside of work, so that you can feel part of the whole FC community.

All employees benefit from the performance of the business through share options. The more you put in, the more you benefit!

Why work for us

Flexible working
We understand the world of working has changed and so we’ve adapted. Most of our employees work on a hybrid basis by splitting their working week between the office and home. While we have set full-time hours, we appreciate school runs, childcare, and personal appointments are part of life, and can work around these accordingly.
Dressing for your day
If you are working in the office, we adopt a smart casual approach, but if you are working from home, then dress in your comfy attire. If you are meeting clients, we expect a business dress approach. You dress for the day, not what we tell you to wear.
Holidays
You will receive 25 days’ holiday, rising with continued loyalty, plus a day off each year for your birthday. In addition, you will receive all bank holidays and can carry over five days each year, if you have some unused.
Annual review, bonus scheme and awards
We want all employees to benefit from the success of the business. However, employees who have gone above and beyond, and have excelled in their role, are rewarded accordingly. You will be appraised on your role and grade, and can also benefit from annual share option awards.
Staff events
You work hard, you want to know how the business is doing, and we all want to let our hair down. We provide events throughout the year where updates are provided, then you can get down to socialising with your colleagues.
Additional benefits
We have recently updated our benefits package to include changes to our life insurance, permanent health insurance, pension, and electric car salary sacrifice scheme.
