Get to know Billy

I have a genuine passion for financial services, and take a huge amount of pride in the work, the personal service, and the relationships I build with my clients.

My career started at a boutique financial planning firm well over a decade ago, where I gained invaluable experience working with successful and high-profile individuals. This practice developed much of my skillset, which I’ve put to good use at Flying Colours.

Nowadays, I’m involved in shaping how Flying Colours provides advice as a business, which is testament to the value I provide and the relationships I build with clients.

Going over and above, and taking responsibility for the financial wellbeing of my clients, is incredibly important to me. Having clients able lean on me for all things financial and advice-related demonstrates the value I provide.

I specialise in working with high net worth individuals who understand the need to build and protect their wealth, and want the peace of mind that comes with knowing this is managed for them. Your first million will always be the most important!

Alongside the advice aspect, tax planning is often overlooked. But in my experience, this is often one of the most valuable tools when it comes to building, maintaining, and eventually passing down wealth.

Outside of work

Outside of work, I have a real love for cars (and change them too often as a result) and rugby, and have recently started to learn how to play golf (albeit very badly). I’m regularly found working on home improvements at the weekend, and taking my dog Lola for countryside walks, often stopping off at a quaint country pub.

What do you love about Flying Colours?
I love having a platform from which I can help clients to achieve their financial goals. The internal culture is great; we’re always working with our clients’ interests at heart and strive to improve every clients’ situation.
Absolute loves
My dog and three cats, cars, and watches.
Pet hates
Slow walkers, rude manners.
