Get to know Nick

I joined the banking sector in 2002 and moved into financial advice in 2006, working at both national and regional firms. I provide holistic advice to my clients with particular focus on retirement planning, investments, and Inheritance Tax.

I also sit on the advice and investment committees within Flying Colours, influencing the direction of the national firm as well as the local office in Lincoln.

I enjoy building relationships with my clients, usually on a face-to-face basis, but I’m happy to provide services via telephone or video calls if that works better for you.

Getting to know the people I’m working with, and vice versa, really helps with the ultimate goal of helping them to achieve their financial objectives. With ongoing advice, that relationship builds over the years, and it becomes a genuine pleasure to meet up with my clients.

Reviews and Ratings for Financial adviser Nick Tattersall, Lincoln

Outside of work

Most of my free time is spent with my family, two young children, and a dog, which doesn’t leave a lot of time for anything else! I love eating out (when we have a babysitter) and catching up with friends. I’m a big fan of Liverpool FC, books, and films, and I’m a self-confessed sci-fi nerd.

What do you love about Flying Colours?
I joined Flying Colours in 2017 with the objective of establishing and developing an office and team in the Lincoln area. Building that team of advisers, paraplanners, and administrators has been one of the most rewarding roles in my career. To this day, I still thoroughly enjoy both the people and the culture of this firm.
Absolute loves
Coffee (very important!), golf, reading, meals out, and (whispers quietly) Star Wars!
Pet hates
This list gets longer as I get older and grumpier: social media, discrimination, mushrooms (it’s fungus!), celebrity culture, and reality TV.
