At Flying Colours we select the advisers to join us and work under the Flying Colours name. They have to go through several levels of assessment, due diligence, client servicing history and financial background checking as part of our stringent approval process. This ensures that you always get the highest standard of service from our advisers.
I decided that I was going to dip into my pension pot so as to pay my mortgage and reinvest the remainder. After consulting with the government website and referring with a recommended comparison website, I decided to give Flying Colours a phone. I was put in touch with one of their advisors called Reece Jones. He immediately set me up with an online / phone session, lasting around an hour, where he determined my needs and explained the somewhat bewildering process of realising my wishes, with no obligation to them. He was easy to understand and I felt at ease with him so decided to go ahead. Reece and his team prepared everything and sent out all necessary paperwork and emails. They had a few problems with my existing pension provider but kept on at them on a daily basis until the funds were released. I received my lump sum shortly afterwards and have paid off my mortgage. The rest has been invested the way that I was happy with. I can check how my investments are doing through their comprehensive online portal and it is fairly easy to navigate this.
All in all I have been very happy with the service from Flying Colours and from Reece and his team and would recommend their services to anyone.
Reece Jones of Flying Colours provided me with excellent help and advice on the management of a bond held by my elderly mother. Reece was able to help me understand the options available and provided invaluable help to complete all necessary actions once a decision had been taken. My experience of working with Flying Colours, and especially Reece, was a very positive one indeed.
My experience of Flying Colours has been of joining them in 2018 as a new client and setting up an investment portfolio for the very first time. The process was clear, smooth, interesting and an education. It was actually good fun - and exciting to see your money, which you have worked so hard for you, start to work for you in return. I wouldn't hesitate recommending Flying Colours as an advice firm to existing or prospective investors - 100 per cent. They communicate clearly and regularly with you, so you always feel in the loop and up to speed on updates to your case and situation. My adviser went beyond that and felt more like a friend. I can only see that relationship growing in the future going forward.
